Hyland appoints Country Manager for Australia

Hyland, creator of the OnBase ECM suite, has appointed Bob Dunn as its first Country Manager for Australia in a move to grow its Asia-Pacific business.

“Australian businesses, governments, NGOs and other organisations are losing hundreds of millions of dollars daily because of ineffective and outdated methods of storing, transferring and accessing vital information… there are huge savings to be made,” said Dunn.

“The average increase in efficiency for OnBase by Hyland users is 20-30 per cent.

“This has been achieved by OnBase helping organisations digitise operations and accelerate processes by providing timely and relevant information through ECM – a technology that is largely underutilised in Australia.

“There are huge savings to be made by Australian companies and we intend to help those who are keen to do just this.

“Australian businesses have a host of software solutions that allow for data to be gathered and stored but what is missing is a holistic approach to driving efficiencies across the whole organisation.

“OnBase reduces costs, increases profit, and cuts data related errors to improve overall business performance,” Mr Dunn said.

Australian residential property developer, Henley implemented OnBase software to improve cash flow and control of millions of files related to 2000 jobs across Australia.

In 2014, Hyland purchased Australia reseller and solution provider CAYLX.
