Basware has announced a partnership agreement with Ricoh New Zealand to deliver electronic invoicing and procurement solutions to enterprises and small-to-medium sized businesses in New Zealand.

Ricoh will offer Basware’s technology for invoice aautomation.

Cameron Mount, General Manager Business Solutions of Ricoh New Zealand, said the company’s decision to partner with Basware is based on a real need for New Zealand organisations to streamline their accounts payable and procurement processes.

“Running and maintaining a robust accounts payable department is a huge challenge for many organisations, whether you’re working in the public or private sector. Receiving, managing and paying paper-based invoices is often time-consuming, complex and prone to errors.

Ricoh will also offer Basware’s procurement solution, used to improve the procurement cycle, from sourcing and contract management to day-to-day purchasing and supplier connectivity

Karri Lehtonen, Vice President of Basware Australia and New Zealand, added that the new partnership will enable Basware and Ricoh to leverage New Zealand’s burgeoning market.
