MacroView has announce the release of v8.1 of its ClauseBank product to assist with preparation of documents by reusing standard, approved text and graphic content.

ClauseBank provides for reuse of content in Microsoft Word documents, Outlook emails and PowerPoint presentations.

Version 8.1 of ClauseBank now allows available content to be categorised simply by storing it across a tree of folders in Microsoft SharePoint. 

Users can propose new content by right-clicking in an existing document. 

Other new features include enhanced drag-and-drop operation and support for Office 365 and SharePoint Foundation.

Existing users of Microsoft ClauseBank include leading international law firm Baker & McKenzie.
