Self-Service Registration and Onboarding added to ReadSoft Online
Kofax has announced the availability of ReadSoft Online 9.2, which adds simplified self-service registration, onboarding and provisioning capabilities for convenient access to the SaaS-based invoice processing and accounts payable solution.
Pre-packaged offerings , including Trial, Basic and Premium, can be chosen with monthly, quarterly and annual payment programs available.
ReadSoft Online is a software as a service (SaaS) offering on Microsoft Azure that incorporates advanced technology, intelligent business logic and country-specific knowledge to efficiently capture and process invoices.
Invoices can be scanned, uploaded or e-mailed directly into ReadSoft Online and their business-critical content can be quickly extracted and verified, greatly reducing the need for manual data entry.
Verified invoice data can then be compared against the related purchase order and receiving information, discrepancies can be resolved and a user-friendly approval workflow can be used to complete the process. Invoice images and data can be exported for archive purposes and output to a variety of ERP and accounting systems.
