Computervision Aust changes ownership

Computervision Australia will be known as CV Services International following the purchase of Computervision's Open Systems Solutions business by JF Lehman & Company.

According to Computervision Australia's managing director, Martin Harwood, the purchase allows both companies to drive separate key strategic objectives.

"CV Services International (CVSI) will realise its full potential by focusing on its chosen markets of open systems support, information management solutions and logistics outsourcing by virtue of the financial and management base that Lehman brings to the company," said Mr Harwood.

"Computervision will continue to focus on maintaining its leadership position in Electronic Product Definition," he said.
