Friday, 28th September IDM is pleased no announce Keith Theisen Senior VP, Wells Fargo will be presenting at IDM's Imaging 2.0 conference. Speaking on behalf of one of the world's largest financial institutions, Theisen will deliver on his experiences shifting a good majority of it high-volume paper-based documentation without affecting its strong customer base. Wells Fargo was the first bank in the US to provide Back Office Conversion as well as remote office conversion to business customers. Theisen and his team were right in the thick of the action and is well equipped to offer advice on the opportunities of capture, and converting customers to e-based payments.
