KWizCom Reveals Field Constraints for SharePoint

KWizCom, a provider of SharePoint Forms and Mobile Solution designed to expand Microsoft SharePoint,  has released a field constraints feature specifically designed for small companies with limited budget (available for SharePoint 2010/2013).

It enables  configuration of field-validation rules to enforce input patterns according to the required form logic: email, field length, ID, value ranges and any other custom pattern using regular expressions.

With KWizCom’s Field Constraints, clients can now validate their SharePoint forms and ensure that user's input is meaningful at an unbelievably affordable price. By utilizing a simple and an intuitive settings page users can quickly and easily configure dynamic validation rules.

“We have developed this product to enable the SharePoint customers to implement more advanced forms by utilizing the existing SharePoint list forms without having to buy and learn additional expensive forms tools such as InfoPath,” says Nimrod Geva, Product Group Manager of KWizCom Corporation.

Field Constraints add-on offers a wealth of key features and benefits, here are some of them:

  1.     Static validation rules: compare to a value or validate mandatory fields
  2.     Validate Lookup and Person columns
  3.     Validate a field value comparing to a regular expression
  4.     Manage and share custom validation rules across your organization
  5.     Dynamic validation rules: validation rules that are conditionally applied, depending on values of other fields
  6.     Field validation settings page

The Field Constraints Feature is part of KWizCom Forms: this allows SharePoint customers to keep using the well-known list forms by turning them into powerful & dynamic web forms. This way there is no new technology for clients to learn and deploy, as they can continue utilizing the familiar SharePoint list forms that can now include all the missing web form features.

KWizCom lhas made available a no-cost 30 day trial of Field Constraints Feature.
