Catch Me on the High Seas...If You Can

March 6, 2007: NSW police have caught two men who had allegedly used stolen identities to fraudulently purchase a 2007 model Sea Ray Sundancer worth $350,000.

Sydney and Broken Bay Water Police yesterday received information the 30 foot vessel had been seen motoring though Sydney Heads.

Several hours later they intercepted the cruiser on the Hawkesbury River near Patonga, about an hour away from Sydney, and arrested two men aged 19 and 43.

The Chatswood men have been charged with illegal use of conveyance and money laundering and will appear at Manly Local Court on April 4.
