ReadSoft expands handwritten document recognition

September 16, 2008: ReadSoft and A2iA have signed a global partner agreement for A2iA DocumentReader's "Full Cursive Transcription" technology for handwritten documents which will be supplied as part of ReadSofts' document classification and mailroom automation solution.

With this integration ReadSoft's customers have one portal for all incoming documents, electronic or paper-based - no matter if they are printed or cursive handwritten. ReadSoft DOCUMENTS feeds the business documents and data to the right recipients in the business processes, saving considerable preparation time and effort.
