December 2, 2008: Cabinet NG (CNG) is entering the SaaS market with a hosted document management solution, CNG-Online.
Boasting the feature set developed for CNG-SAFE, the company’s Shared Access Filing Environment, the “software as a service” (SaaS) promises a way for businesses to benefit from document management, eliminate paper piles, and automate workflows firm-wide, for a straight monthly charge.
The look and feel of CNG-Online is the same as CNG-SAFE – i.e. customised cabinets, filing structure and naming templates, expansion as the business grows, and data security and compliance-readiness.

CNG-Online’s base configuration is available for as few as a single user and includes a repository, two filing cabinets, 5 GB storage, backup, training, up to 10 document naming templates, and user rights assignments.
Firms have the option of signing up for a 6 month commitment or can save 5% for a 12 month commitment.
