Egan sheds shares
John Egan, the director of storage vendor EMC sold 100,000 of his common shares in the company on Wednesday 23, April.
His sale of the shares was lodged with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The shares sold at US$9.21 a share. This sale reduces Mr Egan's stock holding in the company to 3.2 million shares, according to the filing.
