EMC Europe follows Asia Pac expenses lead
EMC's European operations are to follow their Asia Pacific cousins and adopt an outsourced business process system for their expenses.
A customised outsourced system for company expenses is provided to EMC in Asia Pacific by Vsource. EMC Europe is adopting the system based on the positive experiences that the Asia Pacific group has had.
From two bases, one in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and another in Osaka, Japan, Vsource hosts and provides the expenses system for EMC in Asia Pacific and the same two bases will provide services to EMC operations in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy and France.
The system provides EMC workers with all the administration for expenses claims, including claims management, verification, processing, reimbursement to employees and an interface with the client's bank account. All information from the expenses is then stored in a central repository.
