Kofax has launched a new Accounts Payable (AP) Automation solution based on its TotalAgility 7.0 platform which combines information capture, business process management, dynamic case management, and mobile and analytics software. 

Designed  to automate invoice receipt and AP workflow processes, it works out of the box with Microsoft Dynamics AX and can be integrated with other accounting and ERP systems

The AP Automation solution features:

Reconciling the inevitable exceptions that occur between invoices, purchase orders and receiving information

Enabling AP managers to access business intelligence and analytics tools to view near real-time metrics surrounding invoice capture and AP automation

Reducing the installation footprint by using browser based interfaces and a service oriented architecture
