OPEX adds new scanning Insight
May 26, 2009:Mailroom and scanning operations have new tools to track mail and document processing, measure operator productivity, and monitor various system benchmarks across OPEX equipment with the new Insight product.
The Insight Dashboard consists of three modules for evaluating different facets of the operation: Status, Scanner Statistics, andONS+ Machine Statistics. Status displays real-time processing activity across the entire operation.
The Scanner Statistics module continuously stores productivity data as documents are imaged and batches are created. ONS+ Machine Statistics collects processing data from each OPEX device and aggregates it for analysis across the entire operation. Both of the Insight Statistics modules provide supervisors with custom reports, advanced filtering, and rich visualizations.
