Mike Fitzmaurice (also ex Microsoft Redmond) looks at the Business Roles. What does the future Information worker look like? How do they work?  What are the business opportunities? How can we take advantage of technology? What kind of productivity improvements are we headed for and how does our Business Process Management get impacted? What businesses need to do now, to get ready for what is already here and what is to come?
