DocsCorp and Objective tackle government workflow in ANZ

The demand from government for efficient PDF solutions has driven DocsCorp to expand its integration capability to include Objective, a leader in ECM solutions for local government in Australia and New Zealand.

"DocsCorp’s technology clearly reduces the overhead often associated with PDF document publication,” said Adrian Rudman, GM Product Management, Objective.“ DocsCorp provides seamless integration with our solutions that we are delighted to offer our customers.”

Wit the DoscCorp integration, Objective users can assemble single pages, documents or multiple sets of documents from within the software while they work on them. They can combine, mark-up, add stationery, watermarks, digital signatures, redact text and split PDF documents for easy electronic filing or emailing.

The DoscCorp Binder feature enables users to automate the process of collating or bundling documents into a single or multi-PDF collection, complete with a table of contents, cross-document bookmarks, links and indexes.

The pdfDocs Solutions Suite of products integrates into leading document and record management systems Autonomy iManage, Open Text eDOCS and DOCS Open, NetDocuments, TRIM and Worldox out of the box—it does not require any special plug-ins or connectors.

More than 3,500 organisations worldwide rely on DocsCorp every day to manage the flow of documents within the business and the exchange of business-critical documents beyond the company’s walls in the Portable Document Format (PDF), a format that is safe, secure and universal.
