EBCO and Preview Become Bureau Buddies

February 5, 2006: UK document management service provider Preview Services has merged with Australia’s EBCO to create a new document scanning and image capture bureau.

Trading under the name Preview EBCO, the two companies are planning on merging their offices in the next six months and retaining all current staff.

The deal will see Preview gain a substantial partner in the Australian market, while EBCO will be able to add Preview technical services such as accounts payable data capture and workflow management to its offerings.

CEO of Preview Services Australia, Calvin Rowley claims, the merger is a fantastic blend of vision, skills and experience. Preview is a fast growing serviceing clients such as Lendleas, Toll, Bovis and EGL, this combined with EBCO’s 35 years experience and long standing customer base creates, according to Rowley, “a great mix”.

Established in 1968 as a microfilm service bureau, EBCO is an ISO accredited company with a history of performing high-volume record conversions for organisations such as State Rail, the Commonwealth Bank, Woolworths and The Department of Community Services.
