Objective Brings ECM to SACE

By Greg McNevin

August 6, 2008: Objective has signed another contract with the South Australian Government, this time with the SACE Board of South Australia.

The SACE Board of South Australia is an independent statutory authority of the South Australian Government involved in educating and training students in senior secondary education. The Board sets the curriculum statements of subjects to be studied in years 11 and 12 and is responsible for the assessment of student achievement in these subjects, and has selected Objective to provide an ECM solution to improve business processes, enhance customer services and ensure compliance with record keeping standards.

Objective says its solution will enable the SACE Board to effectively capture, store and retrieve information, while providing a central repository supporting its business practices in compliance with the South Australian State Records Act 1997.

“South Australia is an important market for Objective,” said Objective Corporation CEO Tony Walls. “We are delighted to have SACE Board of South Australia as a new customer. It further strengthens our customer base in the state.”

Objective already has contracts with a number of South Australian organisations, including SA Health, South Australian Department of Treasury and Finance; Department of Premier and Cabinet; South Australian Fire and Emergency Services Commission; Department of Primary Industry and Resources and South Australian Housing Trust.
