Keystone engineers a new collaboration platform

April 1, 2009:Nexus Point Solutions, owner and operator of the Incite project collaboration portal for the construction and engineering industries, has launched its next generation project collaboration platform, Incite Keystone.

>Nexus has spent the past nine months writing Incite Keystone from the ground up, whereas previous versions of Incite’s project collaboration tools have been licensed technology.

“Over the past 18 months our company decided that the only way to continue to effectively service our clients, was to gain more control over the technology platform that we were delivering. This led to the decision in July 2008 to start working on a new project collaboration platform, and to incorporate all of the advances in technology that have occurred in the last few years,” said Nexus Managing Director, Sean Kaye.

Nexus claims dramatic growth for the Incite portal since it was acquired from Optus in early 2006.

“Revenue has doubled over the past two years and similar growth is predicted in the coming year despite uncertain economic times, as we strive to increase project velocity by improving process accuracy,” said Kaye.

Incite Keystone and additional tools such as Incite Workspace will be launched progressively over the coming quarter.
