KnowledgeLake to launch at CeBIT 2009

April 24, 2009:Clayko Group has announced it will launch the KnowledgeLake document imaging and capture software suite for the local market during CeBIT Australia, at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre from 12 to 14 May, 2009.

The KnowledgeLake software suite is an integrated set of products that facilitates scanning, indexing and storage of paper-based and electronic documents directly into Microsoft SharePoint.

It turns SharePoint into a fully functional document imaging system and has three key elements:

Capture Suite – an integrated set of products for scanning, indexing and saving of documents to Microsoft SharePoint;

Imaging Server – seven components (search, view, print, scan, index, import and export)that transform a SharePoint repository into a fully functioning document imaging system and

Connect – a desktop application that saves documents directly to SharePoint from any Windows application.

Clayko’s General Manager – Services, Sheryl Frame said: “Clayko Group was looking for a product that not only fit seamlessly with SharePoint, but that enabled users to expand on its useability and functionality.”

The Group was keen to bring a cost-effective and scaleable ECM solution to the Australian and New Zealand market place.

"With the KnowledgeLake products our clients can now leverage the power of Microsoft SharePoint to maximize their investment in this technology and create powerful ECM precisely tailored to their business”, Frame said.
