Kyocera kicks in with new MFDs

June 3, 2009:Kyocera Mita has introduced the KM-4800w monochrome multifunction device, capable of copying, printing and colour scanning large-sized documents up to A0.

The KM-4800w can deliver copy/print speeds of 4.8m per minute and features optional colour and mono scan systems, sharp and detailed output quality, face-up original feed, a zoom range from 25 per cent to 400 per cent (selectable in increments of 0.1 per cent) and easy replacement of paper rolls.

The KM-4800w is now available for $A31,898.90 (RRP incl. GST).

Kyocera Mita also announced introduced the TASKalfa 620 and TASKalfa 820 monochrome multifunction devices for A3 formats that feature 128MB RAM and 40GM HDD, one-path duplex scanning of up to 110ipm, 4,100 to 8,100 sheet paper capacity, individual paper handling and finisher options, and long life components.

The TASKalfa 620 incorporates intelligent design with digital copy and optional print and scan functionalities for professional processing of high volume jobs, while the TASKalfa 820 offers high-speed scanning, printing and copying with two 4,000 sheet paper feeders. It also features an adjustable wide-screen panel for easy-access to all functionality.

The TASKalfa 620 and TASKalfa 820 are $A19,248.90 and $A25,848.90 (incl. GST), respectively.
