BinaryNow releases PDF Impress 2013

BinaryNow has added a new Windows 8 Modern style user interface to its newly released PDF Impress 2013, a new generation of its PDF conversion software which allows users to drag & drop files directly to PDF or PDF/A profile.

This new Windows 8 style experience is available also on older Windows XP/VISTA/7 systems.

PDF Impress 2013 uses print output for conversion into an Adobe Acrobat compatible PDF file. Choose from multiple page sizes, orientations, watermark / stamp insertion, metadata access and file resolutions (up to 2400 DPI).

PDF documents can be secured and encrypted with 40-bit or 128-bit RC4 encryption, add password protection and PDF permissions.

It provides the ability to easily embed file attachments, sign documents electronically using a digital certificate and email the PDF file automatically with the integrated SMTP client.

Built-in PDF Tools can merge, split, extract, insert, remove, rotate pages, add attachments, watermarks, stamps and digital signature, optimse and setup PDF layout. Increase your productivity by using the PDF Impress Watchers to convert multiple office documents in watched folders to PDF, PDF/A, the most common graphic formats (bmp, jpeg, wmf, emf, eps, png, gif, tiff, emf+,) or HTML 5.

IT managers can easily control how employees create Adobe PDF files with included profiles: Standard, High Quality Print, Smallest File Size, Confidential, and Archive (PDF/A), or user defined PDF output. Set up default settings and custom profiles/watchers, and include them in your own MSI installation package.

Pricing for PDF Impress 2013 starts at $US99.95 for a 3-user license and ends at $US2,999.95 for 250 users.
