Objective Honoured With RMAA Award

By Greg McNevin

September 22, 2008: In recognition of its contribution to the Records Management community, the Records Management Association of Australasia (RMAA) has awarded Objective this year’s Jim Shepherd Industry Award.

Given vendors in recognition of Trade support of RMAA and of services to the records management industry, Objective says the award highlights its role in the industry over the last eight years, and its continued support of the RMAA at both the branch and national level.

Presented by RMAA president Kemal Hasandedic following the keynote session of RMAA’s 25th International Convention in Sydney, the award is the second for Objective this year after also being recognised at the Sir Rupert Hamer Awards for excellence and innovation in records management in the Victorian public sector.

“We are proud to have been recognised for our contribution to the Records Management community and to be awarded the Jim Shepherd Industry award,” said Objective CEO Tony Walls.

“Objective is dedicated to supporting local industry and to advancing the recognition and importance of the records and information management industry.

“Our consistent investment into research and development only serves to strengthen our product and demonstrates an ongoing commitment to the industry. We pleased to support the RMAA and look forward to continuing our support in the future.”
