ELO organises Youth Off The Streets

Community organisation Youth Off The Streets (YOTS) has selected ELO Digital Office to provide a Document and Records Management Solution.

ELO Digital delivered a system that provided YOTS with a Document Management and Records Management solution enhancing internal governance and a better compliance with regulatory requirements.

“After implementing a strategic planning process YOTS identified a need to meet various accreditation requirements and improve our organisational  efficiency and effectiveness,”said Richard Hanson, Strategic ITC Manager, Youth Off The Streets.

“We have many important documents such as client files, funding contracts and financial records that need to be securely stored yet easily accessible. ELO Digital was able to deliver a user friendly, cost efficient solution which met all the requirements of a non-for-profit organisation. They [ELO] were patient, professional and provided the product support we needed, when we needed it!”

According to YOTS the ELOprofessional software will provide an all-round solution for Records Management, Workflows, Document Management, Knowledge Management, Business Process Management and remote information access.

“From August 2011 we’ll be progressively rolling out the new system division by division and envisage a complete transition by late 2011,” Richard Hanson said.
