Esker in $US800,000 media deal

Esker has signed an agreement worth more than $US800,000 with a leading provider of telecommunication and media services in Southeast Asia. Esker will implement end-to-end automation of procure-to-pay document processes as part of the company’s supplier management portal project.

For optimised processing of the more than 100,000 invoices it receives annually from nearly 10,000 suppliers worldwide, the company will deploy Esker DeliveryWare with a web portal to automate manual operations throughout accounts payable — from receiving the invoices to posting into a back-end SAP system. The project is currently underway and on schedule for completion.

“Winning this project is significant for Esker to further establish our presence in the Asia region with a customer whose environment is 100 percent HP and SAP,” said Jean-Michel Bérard, CEO of Esker.

“Beyond the functional process improvement capabilities that we were able to deliver, ultimately it was perseverance and teamwork that led to Esker being selected. We are proud to be the choice of such a large enterprise in Southeast Asia.”
