Cadac Organice enriches Vault/SharePoint integration

Cadac Organice has added to the recently announced Autodesk Vault and Microsoft SharePoint integration with additional functionality for Engineering Document Management and Control and support for engineering business processes.

Autodesk recently announced that Autodesk Vault 2012 works with Microsoft SharePoint 2010 to provide access to design information across the enterprise. This helps enterprises be more productive and profitable by facilitating sharing of and access to information throughout the lifecycle of any project.

Vault provides designers, architects, engineers, builders and manufacturers with a complete view of their information, while enabling access across the entire organisation through SharePoint.

The Cadac Organice Product Suite enriches Microsoft SharePoint with a vertical market solution for engineering industries, providing additional functionality for Engineering Document Management and Control and support for engineering business processes.

Cadac Organice makes it possible to manage published design information from Vault with all other (project) documents in SharePoint, including Microsoft Office, email and CAD, and provides functionality for transmittal and workflow management to share and exchange information with the extended enterprise and to provide feedback to the design team working with Vault.
