FileNET reveals its latest figures

FileNet has announced a revenue of $US80.4 million for the second quarter ending June 30, 1998.

The revenue was up 29 per cent from the $US62.5 million for the second quarter of 1997. For the six months ending June 30, 1998 revenue was $US154 million with net income of $US7.2 million or 21 cents per diluted share.

As of June 30, FileNet's balance sheet included total cash and marketable securities of $US82 million, total stockholder's equity of $US131 million.

"Nine customers ordered systems valued at more than $US1 million each, and 870,000 seats of Panagon were sold during the quarter," said Lee Roberts, president and CEO of FileNet. "Also we added 170 new customers, which represents a growth of 58 per cent in our installed base over the past six quarters."
