It selected various products from the TRIM portfolio to support compliance with the Public Records Act 2002 and the Information Standard 40 (IS40).
These include HP TRIM Workflow, to allow the application of simple workflows, such as routing draft documents between defined users.
The Space Management module will be used to assist management of the Trustee’s off-site storage facility, while the Rendering module enables users to create new renditions for selected records and control records for permanent archiving.
The preparation and distribution of meeting agenda will take place within HP TRIM's Meeting Manager, which records minutes, decisions and tasks during meetings with the ability to integrate tasks into business process workflow.
