Resource giant adopts Intelledox

Intelledox has announced the successful deployment of automated document creation and output management solution within one of the world’s largest resource companies.

Intelledox now facilitates the automated assembly of common human resource documents including Employment Letters of Offer and Procurement Contracts for several regional departments of the global organisation. Intelledox was chosen as the preferred supplier to replace the existing cumbersome manual process with an automated document assembly solution.

Intelledox has provided the resources giant with a next-generation document automation solution, specifically designed to improve efficiency and accuracy. Intelledox has significantly reduced the time spent creating employment and procurements contracts resulting in increased productivity; a reduction in their carbon footprint; and a considerable decrease in the risk of human error.

The Intelledox deployment team completed a significant data migration process for the resources giant, from the legacy custom-developed Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) solution. Intelledox enables the resources giant to leverage existing enterprise data in the dynamic generation of HR documentation. The project was fully deployed and operational within two months.
