Information Management Specialist Unique World has launched its xRM (anything relationship management) capability into the Australian market, which is an extension of traditional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology.

The Microsoft Gold Certified partner will now offer Dynamics CRM as an xRM Application Platform combining this with its SharePoint capability. Unique World is now providing optimised solutions across these integrated platforms in areas such as compliance management, channel partner management, case management and sales and marketing automation.

More recently the company has developed its credentials in the local government space, working with Baw Baw Shire Council and City of Melbourne on SharePoint implementations, where the company believes xRM is particularly relevant due to the specific business needs of this sector, which is struggling to cope with the exponential growth of complex information.
