Provoke takes on the social Pulse

NZ SharePoint systems integrator Provoke is targetting the Australian and NZ enterprise markets with a social software platform called Neudesic Pulse.

As a local reseller Provoke will aim to exploit Pulse’s strong integration with Microsoft solutions such as SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and Lync.

Neudesic CEO Parsa Rohani, said “We are excited to work together to deliver Pulse’s social fabric capabilities to Australia and New Zealand.”

Neudesic Pulse is available across cloud, on-premise and mobile platforms, and it integrates with Microsoft solutions as well as legacy applications.

Direct messaging in Pulse enables one-to-one or group conversations while integration with email and Microsoft Lync ensures messages are delivered whether the user is online or not. Files can be attached to Pulse direct messages.

Single sign-on with CRM and SharePoint allows for searching and communication without leaving Pulse, and documents can be synchronised with a SharePoint document library.

“Our clients are hungry for opportunities to improve collaboration and communications within their organisations and with their own clients and customers,” said Mason Pratt, CEO of Provoke.

“We want to offer them the best solution available to create a social fabric that removes barriers to communication and knowledge sharing. That is why we are partnering with Neudesic Pulse.”
