Most organisations understand that there is significant benefit in organising and streamlining their information. Unfortunately achieving this is fraught with many challenges, including the question of what information to keep, and for how long. Whilst it is clear hoarding information can create significant and diverse risks for organisations, retaining no information at all is also clearly not an option.
