PDFfiller adds SignNow esignature integration

PDFfiller, an all-in-one online PDF editor, e-signature and form builder, now allows its users to create and manage complex e-signature workflows with SignNow.

Now PDFfiller users can instantly send document groups to multiple signers, assign specific fields, set signing orders and create custom notifications.

“SignNow’s integration will help our clients streamline sending documents for e-signature, collecting approvals and closing deals faster, building confidence and trust with their customers.” - says Ken Grohe, President at SignNow.

With a few clicks, users can send multiple documents to multiple signers, set a signing order and expiration date, request payments and assign fields and roles to each signer.

“Assigning roles and setting a signing order will save you time and increase customer satisfaction”, - adds Grohe.

“Create a branded agreement in PDFfiller, automatically pre-fill it with client information taken from any spreadsheet, add signature fields, assign roles and set a signing order. After receiving it, your client will instantly see the field they need to sign in the complying order, whether they’re using mobile or desktop.”

SignNow fully complies with industry-leading security standards , ensuring client data and documents are encrypted and protected. Users can also set a password to access their documents, request signer identification via SMS or phone call and download document histories with court-admissible audit logs.

“The most exciting part is that PDFfiller users get an automatic free SignNow account and can use it as a stand-alone service. Create templates, share documents via signing links, sign contracts in online or offline mode and create teams to collaborate on workflows faster”, - Grohe noted.

PDFfiller’s web-based solution is seamlessly integrated with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Slack, Google Suite, Dropbox and Quip. The PDFfiller mobile app is available for iOS and Android.
