January 4, 2007: Ontrack Data Recovery gears up for Microsoft Windows Vista adoption through the development of tailored recovery capabilities to protect against downtime and data loss.

Ontrack is no stranger to developing data recovery solutions for Microsoft products. As a Gold Certified Partner in the Microsoft Partner program, its latest capabilities work to ensure the adopters of Windows Vista and Exchange Server 2007 avoid significant downtime and have their data protected.

Phil Bridge, managing director at Ontrack UK says the Ontrack engineering team has been working with both Vista and Exchange since 2005. “Whenever Microsoft brings new technology to the marketplace,” he says. “It is imperative that we enhance our recovery capabilities to ensure the highest quality recovery solutions are available to every computer user.”

Vista and Exchange will be supported through both the Ontrack in-lab recovery process alongside the Ontrack Remote Data Recovery - performed directly on the customer’s server, desktop and laptop.

Ontrack says it has developed an extensive range of recovery experience across Microsoft products with over 200,000 successful recoveries achieved.
