ReadSoft Turns on to Financials

January 11, 2007: ReadSoft has commenced its partnership with Plaut Consulting to deliver accounts payable automation solutions to Australian SAP users

The document automation software provider will supply its INVOICES solution for integration into the SAP workflow system. Plaut will offer its own experience to assist customers in improving the overall performance of their financial solutions. The consulting company is a certified SAP Services Provider that specialises in SAP implementation and application management services.

By partnering up for the SAP market in Australia, ReadSoft says it will now work to further free business from manual document handling processes.

Frank Volckmar, managing director of ReadSoft Oceania points to ReadSoft experience with Rio Tinto, ETSA and New Zealand Telecom as evidence of its position in the market. “We are pleased to be working with Plaut and look forward to assisting SAP users streamline their AP processes and improve business performance,” he says.

ETSA Utilities, an electricity distributor, has already implemented the ReadSoft INVOICES solution. In impressive results for ReadSoft, the South Australian company has reported a 66 percent reduction in the number of outstanding invoices.
