Change Management Request For Comment

Nov 25, 2005: IDM is taking a fresh approach to image and data storage implementations in forthcoming issues. Managing change is becoming more of a focus for IT departments across the region and we want to know your experiences.

The uptake of IT-based data management - and by data we mean everything from legal pleadings to marketing metrics via broadcast footage of the Socceroos beating all-comers - has escalated and will continue to do so. However, within the processes, it should not be forgotten that human beings at all points are the key resources.
