ENSTOR suitens enterprise storage management

Oct 28, 2005: Independent Australian integrator of enterprise storage and server virtualisation solutions ENSTOR has announced the release of its new Coherence Software suite.

After 7 years of development, Coherence has been built out of ENSTOR's experience in the Storage & Server Virtualisation market and helps IT departments to manage storage maintenance and perform redundant backups through a simple one-license program.

"By integrating with existing storage management software from leading vendors including Symantec Veritas, HDS, EMC, Legato, IBM and VMware, ENSTOR Coherence enables organisations to achieve greater functionality from their existing storage investments." said ENSTOR's product manager Siobhan Ellis. "Organisations who have implemented ENSTOR Coherence will experience less administrative complexity whilst realising significant cost savings which will continuously improve their return on investment."

Siobhan also notes that maintaining service level agreements is a constant challenge for IT managers across all industries, so in response to this Coherence has been specifically developed to help IT managers meet their SLA requirements.
