SecureData Group has signed a reseller, support and implementation agreement with CommVault Systems.
Under the agreement, SecureData will supply its enterprise customers with CommVault QiNetix software products, including CommVault Galaxy, QiNetix dataMigrator and QiNetix Quick Recovery.
The move strengthens SecureData’s backup, recovery and replication capabilities.
“Our premier CommVault QiNetix data and storage management software is a natural fit with their best of breed offering. We are also confident that SecureData has the depth of technical skill required to deliver on our value proposition,” said Gerry Sillars, the regional manager for CommVault.
SecureData will be providing round the clock support to its Commvault clients via a newly built data centre in Broadway.
“The benefit of supporting CommVault products from our data centre is that we will have them all running in our interoperability lab alongside a comprehensive range of vendors including Network Appliance, Hitachi Data Systems, EMC, Quantum, Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP. This will allow us to replicate and remedy any issues our clients face,” said Evan Penn,the managing director of SecureData.
