Mincom chief heads ISO delegation

Doug Thiele, general manager of Quality Services at Australia's largest software exporter and developer, Mincom, has been appointed as the Australian Head of Delegation to the International Standards Organisation (ISO) Sub-Committee on Software Engineering (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 7).

This group is responsible for International Standards in the area of standardisation of management techniques and processes. Mr Thiele has also been appointed as the Chair of the Standards Australia Committee on Software Engineering (IT/15).
