Hummingbird extends information access
Hummingbird Communications has announced the release of version 2.0 of HostExplorer Web and Exceed Web, its Web-to-host and thin X-client solutions.
The new version includes a secure firewall traversal, SSL 3.0 and RSA-based security, gateway compatibility with any existing SSL-enabled TN 3270E gateway. Also offered is expandable scalability, advanced GIU development support, expanded platform integration and host addressable printing.
Both HostExplorer Web and Exceed Web are included in Hummingbird's new Enterprise Now!, which offer a single Enterprise Client License enabling organisations to choose and deploy any combination of Hummingbird connectivity solutions.
