CBT acquires Knowledge Well

Education software and IT training provider CBT Group has acquired Knowledge Well, a provider of business, management and professional education using online learning technologies.

Under the terms of the acquisition agreement signed late last year and approved by CBT's shareholders in June, CBT issued approximately four million shares in exchange for all of Knowledge Well's outstanding capital stock. The company also assumed outstanding Knowledge Well options.
