Call centres linked with CRM at events
The next few months see a number of conferences and exhibitions dedicated to call centre and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies for organisations.
Call Centres New Zealand 99, at Sky City, Auckland, from August 23 to 25, will include first hand experiences from various industry representatives on how they have used CRM technology to maximise their investments in customer relationships, build customer loyalty, and generate new business.
The 1999 ATA Asia Pacific Call Centre Forum & Exhibition, meanwhile, will provide a forum for building knowledge about call centre managment, to help develop more input on standards for best practice.
For more information on these two events contact AIC Worldwide on 02 9210 5712.
As its name suggests, CRM in the Financial Services Industry takes a more specific look at the strategies for meeting customer needs, to provide vendors with the tools to do more than sell their products. The Sydney conference, on August 12 and 13, brings together several international and Australian speakers who will relate their experiences with maximising CRM technology.
A parallel exhibition will showcase some of the latest releases in call centre hardware, software, telecommunications, and consulting. For more information contact IBC Conferences on 02 9290 1686. In November, the Call Centre Solutions Asia-Pacific conference and exhibition will be held at Darling Harbour in Sydney. For further info contact Advanstar Communications on 07 3870 8027.
