Ensim Supports Dynamics CRM 4.0

January 10, 2008: Unified communications software provider Ensim has announced early support for Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM 4.0 via its Unify Shared Edition control panel.

The company claims its solution is the first of its kind, enabling providers to easily add Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 as part of their hosted offering at low cost.

The software is a single, centralised application that Ensim claims can simplify the day-to-day burden of activating, configuring and managing a service provider's unified communications and collaboration infrastructure.

Specifically, the company says Unify enables service providers to achieve greater efficiency with provisioning automation, resource management, monitoring and metering of hosted services. It says delegate administration enables resellers, enterprise administrators and end users to manage their hosted services based on credentials, while users can be created, activated and configured in a single instance.

“By supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 on the same week as its general availability, we are able to give our customers a jump start in deploying this exciting new hosted offering,” said Francois Depayras, vice president of marketing and alliances at Ensim.
