DigiDocFlow streamlines hard copy document management

March 2, 2009: Ricoh has announced the release of DigiDocFlow middleware solution, a simple scanning platform that reduces the need to fax, mail and courier hardcopy documents from most Ricoh multifunction products (MFPs).
The solution's scanning capabilities enable organisations to scan to various locations, including network folders, e-mail addresses, and line of business applications such as Open Text, SharePoint and Worldox, all in one step.
