Free tool creates Web Wizards

The tool is designed for people with no programming skills who work in-house or as consultants to document and share expertise - technical writers, business process designers, procedure writers, trainers and business authors.

gStepOne is quick and simple to use, and claimed to be faster than writing the same procedure as a traditional document. Authors draw a map of the steps in a task by dragging and dropping shapes onto a page, then naming and linking the steps.
