Kofax ships Invoice Processing Solution

July 30, 2009:Kofax is tol provide one of the five largest global container shipping companies with an invoice processing solution. The value of the contract to Kofax is more than $US200,000.

The organisation will use Kofax software to capture, extract and perfect data from thousands of invoices it receives annually at multiple subsidiaries and in multiple languages from more than 15,000 suppliers. The resulting data and images will then be exported into an IBM-based workflow for further processing.

As a result, the organization will be able to process invoices in a more efficient and accurate manner, thereby resulting in timelier payments, reduced costs and opportunities for additional preferred supplier relationships.
