ASG Software Solutions has launched a suite of governance software that aims to link SharePoint content with content in other business applications to improve compliance and enable business process controls.

The company says its ASG-TCI product is responding to the challenge at many organisations that have multiple Microsoft SharePoint deployments and other business applications for customer service, finance/accounting, inventory management. This can result in having separate silos of geographically-dispersed content that have relationships to one another.

ASG-TCI for SharePoint is designed to integrate SharePoint environments with multiple department-level SharePoint deployments and with content repositories for other business applications.

It provides access to employee - and application-generated content throughout the enterprise via the familiar SharePoint user interfaces

ASG-TCI is also able to transform any data stream into the appropriate format for delivery across multiple channels, from SharePoint, SharePoint Online, other portals, native viewers, and more.
