DocRead is a new tool to ensure that mandatory legal compliance documents reach the relevant employees. It also monitors the agreement/acceptance of policies.

DocRead integrates with SharePoint to allow SharePoint Groups or Audiences to be selected to target documents to. It can determine how long users have to view, read and confirm their acceptance of the policy and track their progress via a reporting suite.

A notification scheduler can send email reminders when items are assigned, completed or fall overdue.

DocRead manages the distribution of the policy to users by tracking when they join (or leave) an audience (or group). It can be used for distributing risk assessments, legal compliance documents and the onboarding process.

It is promoted as a way to ensure that employees receive the correct essential policies or compliance documents when they move departments or when their circumstances change.
