Users of the Open Text ECM Suite are promised simpler access to business content from familiar Office applications with the latest version of Enterprise Connect, 1.5

Users can take advantage of such functionality as drag and drop from multiple repositories, single sign-on, and metadata classification and federated search.

The new version adds an enhanced software development kit, U.S. Department of Defense-(DoD)- compliant records management, scalability and performance improvements, and a document viewer supporting over 200 different file formats.
