A new cost-effective alternative for large-scale newspaper digitisation is being launched by DL Consulting, the company behind the Veridian collection management software and related newspaper digitisation services as well as an online search portal for the world’s historical newspaper archives at www.elephind.com.

While in the process of moving offices, Australian legal firm, Hall & Wilcox Lawyers, decided to seize the opportunity and set their firm on the path to becoming paperless. Australia’s Department of Immigration and Border Protection has announced it is deploying IBM's cognitive computing platform, Watson in a new initiative to boost capabilities.
